Anterior-posterior view of hand of patient with scleroderma, showing
excellent trabecular detail in the small bones; soft tissue loss at
finger tips, particularly in the fourth digit; erosive changes of
distal phalanges (acro-osteolysis), especially in the first two digits;
a fleck of calcification at the tip of the distal phalanx of the second
digit; and soft tissue swelling of the third and fourth digits.

"Image Engineer" is an Amiga-based image processing program. The
".iff" extension refers to the Amiga's Interchange File Format. The IFF
images used here have been losslessly compressed with run length encoding,
similar to that used for Microsoft's (tm) BMP format.
